- Delivery times to the Canary Islands will vary depending on the day of the week the order is placed. Orders to the Canary Islands placed before Tuesday have a shorter estimated wait time (approximately 9 business days) than those placed at the end of the week (up to 18 business days).
Information for shipments to the Canary Islands
Yes, we ship to the Canary Islands. Since the tax system is different from that of the Peninsula, we'll explain how it works in a simple way so there are no surprises.
Do you pay VAT on your order?
No. If your shipping address is in the Canary Islands, we don't charge VAT. Your invoice will automatically be issued without this tax.
What will you have to pay when you receive your order?
When your package arrives in the Canary Islands, you will be required to pay local import fees, which are handled by customs. These fees may include:
- IGIC (General Indirect Canary Islands Tax): normally 7% of the order value.
- SAD (Single Administrative Document): customs clearance fee, which typically ranges from €6 to €18, depending on the carrier and the value of the shipment.
International Shipping
Delivery times and shipping costs depend on the country you're in. When you place your order, you'll always see the amount before the payment is processed. No matter where you want your order shipped, shipping is always free for purchases over €60.
Cancellations
You can request to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped . We recommend calling us at 936433583 or emailing us as soon as possible at barcelona@jessjoie.com.
Once the order has left our warehouse, it cannot be canceled, but you can return it once you receive it.
In the rare event that you receive the wrong or damaged product, or if you wish to withdraw from your purchase or exchange a product for another, please contact we writing to barcelona@jessjoie.com within 30 days of receiving the order.
Once the order status has changed to "Prepared" or "Shipped," it cannot be canceled . If it has already been shipped, you can refuse delivery upon arrival so that the package can be returned to our warehouse. In this case, it will be considered a withdrawal , and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs , which will be deducted from the corresponding refund .
